And a weigh we go!
I finally have good news to post. I am down 5 more pounds. Cutting out snaking and desserts as well as limiting portion size actually seems to be working. Now I just need to add exercise back in. While preparing lunch for 400 kids’ everyday is hard work I tin I need to add to that if I really want to see the results.
