The kidnappers called yesterday with their list of demands. My husband is to meet them at a designated place know as the Scottsdale police department. He is to bring with him the following items: his driver’s license, the registration to the car they are holding hostage, proof of insurance for the car, and 150 dollars in unmarked bills. At that time, they will give him a piece of paper and directions to where the car is being held. He is to go there and give them the paper as well as 75 dollars. The car will then be returned to him. I just hope it has not been too traumatized by its ordeal
